he's a nice and friendly chap, came from hong kong and now manager of several branch of this hk cafe. he's intending to set up his own business with another chef, his friend. remember during i worked in that hk cafe, i always get to drink free drinks, which cost like 2 bucks plus plus. sometimes make our own drinks, which can cost up to 4 bucks plus plus, but we drank for free. eat those cancel orders, free dinner or lunch. he even treat us ice cream from pepperlunch, just next door. let me run errands like buying some stuffs, which i can take my time and sroll to and fro.
even now, he's giving me free stuffs like fried wanton and ice lemon water. i happened to bump onto him at bukit panjang plaza. then he's so friendly and even serve us himself. came and chat with my parents and told us how he is doing as a manager. or how to standard of the food must be maintain, or how to cook those stuffs. he knows it all. i'm so happy to see him again.
