i'm coming back to the heart of worship.

just dont you agree that we have so many areas, in our lives, that needs to be changed. i'm sorry Lord for all that i'm aint doing You proud. i'm sorry for the times that i grief Your heart. but i need repentance. repentance is know that you're in wrong, renewing of mindset, then, changing of attitude and actions. guide me please.

New sports.

alright i know how to play in several sports, but i'm master of none. of course i'm better at some ! i've been fishing with my group of poly friends. we have always been disappeared when holidays come. but now that we got a common interest ! so far, we went bedok jetty, pulau ubin even little guilin to fish. bedok jetty has many pufferfish, which isnt the one you're thinking now. these pufferfish only puffs at the bottom, which they always do when they are caught. they are also known to be poisonous, so, off the hook and back to the sea u go !

i've also manage to get my secondary school friends to get the rods and reels. so we went night fishing for several times so far. it's terrible for me, for i have to teach them the knots one by one. so we spent much time teaching and learning how to tie knots. for the knots gotta strong, if not, the fish can pull off your hook and stuffs. we wents places like labrator park, lim chu kang jetty, upper seletar reservoir to fish at night. we caught like 3 cat fishes at lim chu kang jetty in a night, 2 of which are my effort ! after getting sick of catching cat fish, we went upper seletar one night. i waited for 2 hrs but no bites at all. so i change a location, where now i can feel bites but didnt managed to hook them.

then cob caught a small lil cute cat fish. soon after, when we were about to leave, i caught a big ugly looking fish, which i have no idea what is it. it's heavier than the other fishes i caught, and also, stronger. you can easily feel it when it struggle as you pull back the line. pretty cool. and that's all for that night. we always go in group of 4 or 5, but always only the pro like me always catch the fish. =x let me be fisher of man, man !

BIG BANG !!!

i like this camp, only during the worship and praises, as well as the sermon and prayer part. whereas the games are more or less typical. people staying late to pray for the camp and the souls. people fasting for the souls. the amazing thing was, the weather has been really good throught out ! thank God man ! althought i'm not a very camp person, but i think i really do enjoy this camp. for the encounter night, i was totally blessed. and also i fell on the edge of the chair on the second fall. with someone lying on me ! my hip's in pain now ! also, for the drama, i was made the genie, from india. so i made it hilarious and nonsensical. it's just me to do as such ! i bet our drama's the best for the night ! we made so many of them laughed like mad. it's good, it's cool. and throughout the camp, i serve knowing that i'm serving God. therefore it doesnt matters when no one see your effort. however i've been affirmed for that also. we are servants of God !

A treat for ee for her help for my proj.

i've slowly figured my way to the turqoise room and try out the food there. thank God for street directory, i'm still quite new to the road. after that we went ms, thinking to catch a movie. but there isnt made of honour which we wanted to watch. so we went to cathay, which they doesnt have the movie either. lastly we went ps, and da da~, there it is. we bought the tix and went to some bookstore, flipped up some books in regard to int design. then we went to starbucks to rot until the movie is abt to start. somehow i've manage to made her laughing so much, think i'm born to bring joy to others.

at least i'm good, to cheer her up, apart from the boy that cause her hanging and upset. the movie was nice i thought, but i dont know why she doesnt laugh much. prolly she doesnt understand ! i was in the theatre breaking in laughter for numerous times. and she was like "shh !" for numerous times too. after which, i drived really slow. bcos my fuel was running really low. trying to look for a petrol kiosk to pump it up again. and then, home we go !

i did a test drive on a white nissan fairlady ! it belongs to my cousin, which she got it at 80k or 60k, second hand. the previous driver 'zeng'-ed the car and it's super cool, for the interior. i mean it. there's a touch screen thingy which we u watch dvd or play ipod, also, a screen for reversing. nissan fairlady has 6 gears, like any other cool car, and to reverse, u have to press on the gear and shift to reverse.

i'm so not used to driving manual car. it's super embarrassing to drive such a cool car and stuck at the traffic light junction for a couple of seconds; i didnt engage the gear properly. but at least i didnt stall the engine at all. the car is also very low, so when turning at high speed, it feels more stable. and needless to say, the acceleration is pow-er-ful ! comparing to the usual car that i drive, toyota altis.

and yes, it's a selfish two seater car just like lamborghini.
but still you cant even come close for comparison with my dream car, lamborghini.
the audi r8 you get to see on advertisement is not bad too.

something not so good regarding church.

i was totally pissed off for the previous service. it was crowded, which i really dislike, and the crowd went like hungry ghost rushing for the heavenly food that lies before them. i mean, where is all that they had learn in church. is it so important to rush to the front row and book the seats for your member. i'm not saying that it's bad, but we have to be polite and have more courtesy ! where is the love that the pastors had been preaching for. where is the servanthood spirit. i got so pissed of when people are just pushing and sqeezing just to rush to get a book seat, a good view, for themselves. just because we are singaporean, that doesnt mean we must carry the spirit of kiasu-ness. please show your love and courtesy next time when you are rushing to 'chop' seats.

nevertheless, service's so great as usual. pm was good too. this is just a brief summary, if u wanna know really, how great it is, please calhola my number and come church with me. =) i can assure you that you wont regret. but first you have to come with a open heart, not a negative and doubtful one.

i'm working on every wednesday, as long as i'm not too caught up with projects.
with 2 lady bosses i have in the office, which they will usually be out in the afternoon.
both are very nice people, one of which always play golf !
and the cool thing is, i heard her humming when a linkin park's song played on the radio.
that's seriously cool, considering their age, i'm not saying that they old.
she got a daughter of 18yrs old, so roughly u can guess her age.
my job basically is deleting junk mails and sending out mails for them. it varies at time.

school has been busy since the 1st day.

gotta press on and work hard this sem ! give me the strength to cross this water, keep my heart dont let me falter. please let me produce something nice ! i'm always facing down during pin ups. for i'm not proud of my junk that i produced. i always seem to be the only lost sheep dont know what to do. until when i know what to do, i'm always too late. bless me oh God, i'm aint your little sotong.

Thank God that i found a job that allows me to work a day everyweek. nowhere else u can find, thanks to Zi Cheng. love you man ! we've been shift to mj's zone, which is pretty awesome. it's good. saw ke xin the other day which i cant remember is she from mj's zone, and her make up makes her look different. PMs are always here at the right time to recharge me when i most needed it.

basically i'm now busying with either sch or work or church. of course, i spare some time for clique too. we still get to catch movie together or soccer match together. it's just fun. everywhere is convenient with car ! but fuel are getting more and more ex. i'm so sad that liverpool lost in the semi final. why !

FRIDAY has always been good. usually it's the day for submission. and FRIDAY is the only day i get to see my clique and ladies in the GEM. the lecturer is fun to make fun of too. so it's good, i'm always laughing or making ppl laugh. that's daniel ! even the lecturer appreciate the joy i brought to the class. still i'm waiting for someone to drive us home after GEM. i have been waiting since the first week !

alright one last joke which apparently isnt new. i saw this topic in ezann's and char's blog. okay i'm just gonna to a copy and paste from char's blog. here it goes:

Daniel totally made my day by telling me this really hilarious joke.

He was doing his project till really late last night and while in a very dry lecture today, in school, he actually fell asleep. Then he suddenly felt his friend giving him a pat on his back asking him to wake up. When he woke up, he realised that everybody was looking at him, giggling. He then came to realised that he actually was snoring so loudly that the lecturer actually stopped for awhile during the lecture.

on addition to that, i actually notice i snorted while sleeping in the library today. haha so i tried not to fall asleep while resting. the reason why i'm so free to visit the library for a nap it's because during submission time, we are to leave our studio and come back in 2 hrs time. which the bad weather force us to the library, enjoy aircon and sleep like nobody's business. there were several other peeps slping around there too.. nice sofa and nice cushion =)

and now ezann snorts whenever she sees me. such a PIG. which whenever i was being reminded of snoring loudly during lecture, i think it's really embarrassing and funny. oh my oh my... MAN !

my blog is not dead !

last week we went for a chalet at downtown east. connection there is lousy, therefore, i wasnt able to chat on msn. pretty boring as there isnt much to do. for both nights, we were playing with poker cards and the loser/losers gotta gulp a lil of chivas neat. we've got two bottles, one bottle for each night. for the first night i was a lil drunk. in the sense, i was feeling a lil dizzy, but still i'm pretty awake and able to walk normally. so the usual red apple came and the usual headahce after that. thank god we're not drinking too much of beer, for beer would make me puke and give me huge belly.

on the second day we went wild wild wet. there's a very steep U-shape slide that is quite fun. other than that, the other slides are pretty boring. after that, we started to bbq and eat, then played with the soccer ball. we even played some spastic primary school games, such as ice man. and one game which you have to build something with the slippers, then throw the ball to eliminate the opponents.

i guess i dont have to write about the very first day i got my license and i drove some friends out. bcos char had alrdy blogged about my embarrassment. basically, that day i was cheated by some smart kid, saying there's movie available at causeway point. but by the time we reach, the entire shopping mall is closed. not even a single shop is still open, looks like some haunted shopping mall. afterwhich we drove to bukit timah for supper, we simply love to eat. we went to lim chu kang to test out the straight and wide road. and the last stop was at west coast park. at certain part while i was driving, they both were sleeping ! and it was a rainy day, made me feel like sleeping too.

one of the day we went town for mid night movie. and we dont really know the way, somehow end up at a food centre which i cant remember the name. we saw some old gays there, they were like kept looking at our direction. we quickly left after supper. then the ahmad driver has to send each and everyone of them home before i can go home to sleep.

i found a job at some factory and i quited after three days. three of us felt so cheated, the agent was like getting us to start working on the very day we went to ask for job. we didnt expect that, i was wearing my jeans which was quite tight. and guess what, the pay was 5 bucks an hour, 12 hrs a day. no transport provided, no cpf, no nothing. we can earn so much more if we work at our previous factory job. we had to wake up at around 6am in the morning, took roughly an hour to travel, work until 7.30pm, took another hour to travel back. after we bathe and have dinner it will be around 10pm which we have to turn in, if not, we wont have enough sleep. crap ! for just 60 bucks a day.

the worst thing was, i really dislike the old auntie there always nag. for one thing she keep repeating and i was like exploding soon. you're see many kind of people and nonsense when you work in a factory. i was just there doing the same thing non stop, felt it's kind of time wasting, so i was there thinking of many other stuff. and i can even sing worship song in my mind and a immense feeling came upon me as i worship Him. it feels better after that.

i ran 18 rounds on the track last sunday ! i was amazed myself, as i never expect to run 18 rounds. and i wasnt like running on the first 3 lanes(as the distance would be shorter)! i didnt even intend to run intially and it's been really long since i manage to pull myself to go for a run. i started running with a lil stomach ache, as i ate some donuts after lunch when i went home to change up. i felt like sleeping when i reach home, thank god i didnt. it was zi cheng that wanted to round 20 rounds, i was very shocked when he said that. i was like 'WooooooooooWW !' so i just tried running with him, but in the end he stopped, so i also stopped at 18 rounds. at least carol came and run with us, i'm proud of you !

the match between liverpool and newcastle was good ! liverpool scored 3-0 against newcastle. pennant with the first goal. then torres and gerrard scored respectively. torres and gerrard was owning the game. hope that they will play this well on the 22nd of march ! beat the red devils !
